Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Bit aka LB or Libby is a darling 8 pound cutie who is so sweet she couldn’t just have one name. She is a little love-bug but she has the love in her heart of a big dog. LB is estimated to be 7 or 8 years old; her exact age is not known. A portion of her lower jaw is missing and she has no teeth due to neglect from untreated dental infections and mal-nutrition. She has a great appetite and can feed herself; soft food is best for her. She is currently on an anti-inflammatory oral liquid medication for joint inflammation in her hips; monthly cost is $20.00.
LB’s favorite pastime is lap snuggling; she also enjoys a little walk, playing fetch & catch and napping in the sunshine. She has excellent potty habits and uses a dog door.
Because of her small size and fine bones we will not consider placing her in a home with young children or a boisterous dog. If you are a big fan of Dog Parks, Little Bit is not the dog for you. If you are looking for a sweet, loving new best friend and you can provide her with lots of love she might choose you to snuggle or sit in the sunshine with. We prefer applicants who are experienced with the Italian Greyhound breed or other small, breed dogs.
After years of neglect LB is looking for a home where she has a lot of companionship and snuggle time. If you would like LB to consider you as her new family then contact our information center to request an application. info@socaligrescue.com We are accepting applications from Southern California only.
LB is in Foster Care in Los Angeles.
