My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stevie, named after Fleetwood Mac's vocalist Stevie Nicks, is the sweetest dog I have ever met! She absolutely loves to cuddle but she's also got more than enough energy to run around the yard and chase tennis balls. She does well with children and other dogs of any size. In fact, I think Stevie would do great in a home with other dogs to play with! She understands basic commands like "sit" and "stay", is potty trained, doesn't bite, understands when you tell her no, and she's not a barker! I'm not sure exactly what breed she is, I was told she was a miniature Schnauzer but she looks a lot like a Wheaten. Her coat is really soft and she doesn't shed at all, so I think she's got a hypoallergenic coat. I fell in love with Stevie in the short time I had her, as did every single person that came across her (she's a hit on the hiking trail), but she needs so much more attention than she is getting now and I can't provide that, so I'm hoping to find her a home that will give her everything!
