This is Dusty a Pit Bull mix. She is in need for someone to care and love her in a stable forever home. Dusty's owner is an elderly gentleman and has been in and out of the hospital for a few months. He is very ill and will be unable to take Dusty home since he has been in and out of the hospital. We have had the pleasure of boarding Dusty for him but boarding her is not an ideal situation. She is a very sweet soul, and believes she should be a lap dog. Dusty would need to be the only pet since she is very curious of other dogs since she has always been the only pet. She is a very strong gal and will need a owner that will take time with her and give her the exercise she needs. She does have energy but would love to just lounge on the couch with you any chance she gets.
Dusty is a spayed female and her birthday is April, 24th, 2013. She is up to date on all her vaccinations and is house trained and stays out of trouble when left alone.
