Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stevie is an adorable young moo (otherwise known as a black and white pitbull, obviously). He is approximately 1 year old and was a shelter favorite before he was scooped up by Peace for Pits!
Dogs: Good with all dogs!
Cats: Maybe! Untested, but he doesn't seem too interested or bothered by them.
Children: Good with all ages. Even babies! He's a total sweetheart.
Housetraining: Still working on it but almost have it down!
Cratetraining: Still working on it but almost have it down!
Obedience: Knows the basics
Energy: Low energy. Couch potato.
Keywords: Calm, Cuddly, Curious, Cute, Friendly, Mellow, Playful
Stevie's foster family says:
Steve lives with our 3 dogs aged 5,6 and 10. He really likes to play with our beagle/lab mix and knows when she is done he is done. He also lives with our 8 month old baby and loves cuddling next to her. Steve will get along with anyone. They need to be okay with him following you around and wanting to know what is happening at all times. He is very curious and craves attention while laying on couch. He absolutely LOVES snuggling, walks and sleeping and dislikes absolutely nothing!
ABOUT PEACE 4 PITS RESCUE:
Please note that we do not have a facility or shelter where you can view adoptables. We are a foster-based rescue in Chicago-land, which means that each dog is placed with a family in the area. This allows us to better understand each dog's individual personalities.
You must complete an application before you can schedule a meet and greet with each animal. The application can be found here: http://peaceforpits.org/adoptionfoster-application/. Our adoption fee is typically $300 for an adult dog, and $350 for a dog under one year. It included all vetting, spay/neuter, and an in home training session with an approved trainer.
