Meet Solomon! Solomon is an 8-year-old hunk of a boy. When you meet him, all you will see is his wiggly butt! He loves attention and to be petted. He also lets us dress him up lol.
Solomon loves to take walks, which is great because he needs to lose a few pounds. When he was surrendered to the shelter he was a whopping 165 lbs! Now he is down to 141 lbs but needs someone who will enjoys walks with him so he can keep melting that extra weight away. Solomon loves exploring and playing fetch with a good stick!
Though Solomon loves to be adventurous and playful, he also likes to find a good dog bed to take a nice snooze on. He has excellent house manners and doesn't jump on furniture or chew anything he isn't supposed to. He is very low-key in the house.
Solomon is fostered in a multi-dog home and does well, however we believe he'd prefer to be an only dog or in a home with a dog that is lower energy and won't expect him to play. If you have a dog, a dog meet will be required to be sure that they will be a good match. No small young children due to his size. Older children are fine!
