Phoebe is an almost 6 yr old female Mini Schnauzer with cropped tail and natural ears. She is UTD on vaccines, rabies, heart worm negative, on monthly preventatives, microchipped, spayed, and groomed last week.

She is an awesome girl, loves people everywhere, loves to ride in the car and walks great on a leash. Phoebe is house trained and not destructive at all, we don't even use a crate with her. You can leave her several hours while out, all she does is lounge around on the sofa.

She is playful with toys and enjoys being with people. She was not raised with kids and went to a home with kids, who apparently really scared her, so no kids under 14 for her. She would do best either as an only dog or one other, but no more. In foster there are several dogs here and she feels like she is competing for attention and will be somewhat dominant with others.

Phoebe weighs about 18 lbs and we're working on getting some weight off her. She was fed all the wrong foods before and she's learning new ways and less of it for sure. She is very healthy and laid back. Will follow you around to see where you are. We have dog beds around the house and she uses those as well as the sofa and on the bed if allowed. Just an excellent pet here and deserves better than what she had.

HISTORY:
Phoebe had an owner since she was a puppy. Kept her all this time until recently, sold her to a family with small kids, not telling them she wasn't good with kids. They also had other dogs. The new family only kept her 3 days and took her to the shelter. Stating she was lunging at the small 2 yrs old child and was nasty to their dogs. I was called the second she came in and here we are. I've had no issues with her, other than she needs no kids and perhaps one other dog. But much prefers her humans.

If you're interested in adopting this beauty who will give you years of unconditional love, email me for an application.
