My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Javier is an almost 6 mo old pure bred Shihtzu puppy. He is a beautiful gray color. He is 8.1 lbs and should only be about 10 lbs full grown. He was rescued in Puerto Rico by a couple traveling for work. He was brought back by plane to our rescue. He is doing very well on his house training but needs to go out frequently since he is just a puppy still. He is a happy, healthy puppy who is good with other dogs and would do best in a home with a young furry playmate and kids over 8. He is very small and would need kids who are dog experienced. He is fostered in Citrus County, FL. If you are interested in adopting Javier "Javi" please email schnauzersavers@gmail.com for an application. He is scheduled for neuter on Jan 8th and will need 10 days to heal and have his stitches removed.
