Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trooper is an amazing dog who was loved and well taken care of his whole life. His owner died in a horrific car crash and her husband had to move in with family only to find out that the family taking him in was very allergic to Trooper. Letting him go is breaking his heart, but poor Trooper would have to live outside if he stayed with him since he makes his family very sick.
Trooper is a large boy who is 73 lbs. He is 2 years old and is a gorgeous red merle. As you might guess from the pictures Trooper is all about his frisbees. He would love a new family that loved to play fetch and disc as much as he does. He also could stand to lose a few pounds as he is a little on the heavy side.
Trooper will be coming to VT on the 12th of January and if you think your family might be a good fit for him please fill out an application at https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application His adoption fee is $490 which includes the transport costs to get him from Oklahoma to New England. All proceeds from his adoption are tax deductible and go towards helping another rescue pup in need.
