Tinsel was born approximately October 7, 2018 in Winston-Salem at a retirement community. She has two littermates, CandyCane and Mistletoe. She is a shoulder kitten if ever there was one. She loves to snuggle and loves to play with all the cats and even the dogs in her foster home.
