Meet Teddy a super sweet male Shih Tzu mix available at Wags 2 Wishes, in Plainfield, Il.
He is an adorable guy who loves attention from his people. We aren't sure if he lived with children so older respectful children in the home would be best. He is truly a great dog and one you really need to meat because his cage presence does not do him justice.
