Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tyler is a love bug to the max! Don't let his silly old man face fool you he is still a young guy and has energy we wish we could bottle up and hand out.
He came to us after the people that had him decided they had too many animals. We have no way of knowing what his life was like before coming to us but its possible he wasn't treated very nicely. He can be a nervous boy when meeting new people and may protect the people he already knows from the scary strangers. We feel very confident that with patience he will learn to love anyone.
We feel that Tyler would probably do best as an only dog however we will consider a home with another dog for the right situation.
Tyler would benefit from training to harness all that energy and build his confidence so he can learn how to be the good boy we all know he is. At the end of the day his main joy in life is to snuggle with someone who loves him and he can't wait until he has his own family that will do just that.
Tyler is around 9 months old as of 12/31/18
If you would like to meet this special dog, please email dogs@lunashouse.org to set up an appointment. Please be patient to hear from us as we are all volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately.
Our volunteers make sure just the right home is chosen for me so they require a home visit to make sure there are no safety issues that could hurt me. You must live within a 50 mile radius of our location in order to be considered.
The adoption fee is $250 and includes vaccines, flea prevention treatment, neuter/spay, and micro chipping. Like us on Facebook!!
Disclaimer:
Visual breed identification in dogs in unreliable, for most of our dogs we are making the best guess at what the predominant breed or breed mix might be. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each dog based on personality and temperament, not breed label.
