Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everyone!! My name is Joy and I am a world class snuggler! I am a two-year-old yorkie mix that weighs in at around 12 pounds. My favorite thing to do is to snuggle with my person. I absolutely love attention!! I get along with other dogs but I’m not a big fan of cats. I’m doing great with my house training too! I love to play and run around in a fenced yard. I would do well in just about any type of home whether it’s calm and quiet, or active and on the go…I’m pretty adaptable. I do think I would prefer older children because little ones can sometimes make me nervous with their fast movements. If you think you are ready for some snuggle time with me, please send in an email quick to info@ciatn.org.
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
