Meet Penelope, She was found as a stray on the streets of Cleveland and was taken to Cleveland Animal Control. Muttley Crue stepped in to spring her and let this sweet girl find a home. She is pretty timid, but an absolute doll. She just wants to snuggle and be loved. She is about 6 months old and potty trained. She is currently on a medical hold, until we can figure out what is going on with her kidneys, but we are taking applications now. It could be nothing or could be something more serious.
