My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Words can't even describe what a good boy Phantom is. Phantom is a happy go lucky chihuahua boy at about 8 years old. He weighs approximately 15-18 pounds. He is always happy, and always up for snuggles and kisses. He has a great temperament. He loves everyone. He has plenty of spunk, but is a very low key boy. He is happy to go out to potty and then come back inside. Phantom does excellent with all of his doggy foster siblings and cats as well. Phantom is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchiped, and kept on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. He is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but is available to be transported to the North to an approved adopter. His adoption fee is $275.00 and the transport fee is $145.00.
