Fostered in Conyers, GA.

Maggie is a 2 year old Min Pin mix who came into rescue after being found on the side of the road in a locked container. She is now fully vetted. She weighs 15 lbs. She needs a patient, dog-savvy owner willing to give her time to blossom and will do best in a quiet household with a fenced yard for her to run. Loud noises and children scare her. At this time, being leash walked is not something that can be done due to her fear of being picked up or being leaned over to clip the leash to a harness. She has been working on house training in her foster home and has made some progress. She will continue to need work in a new home as when things scare her, she loses control due to fear of being harmed. She is also crate trained if treats are involved. With Maggie being food motivated, treats will be someone's friend to winning her over as well as training. Once she ttrusts that someone will not hurt her, she is very affectionate, adores snuggles, and gives kisses. maggie also loves toys and gets along with other dogs of similar size.
