RECLAIMED BY OWNER 5/14/09 Duke comes to us as lost and unclaimed. (possibly dumped). Well mannered and nice temperment. Has had owner attention at one time. Seems to know Come and Sit. Attentive, happy, energetic and playful. Hunting skills unknown. No vet history. Seems perfectly healthy but a little thin. As always, pound animals have a limited time. MUST BE ADOPTED BY MAY 21, 2009. Your contact is a member of 4PAWS, a volunteer group working in partnership with the City of Harlan, Iowa. We're between Des Moines and Omaha, NE just north of I-80. Bona fide breed specific rescues and long term shelters are encouraged to contact us. We will assist with vetting and transport.
