My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little puppy is approx 14 weeks and 6 lbs as of December 2018. She has a scruffy coat. She is one of 3 pups. Her mom is a beautiful poodle mix named Sewanee. She is also ready for adoption. We have no idea on the dads breed, but the pups look as though they have chihuahua in them. They are all are just precious, very active, love to play, love their toys, they will need house training and leash/harness training as they are typical puppies.



OUR RESCUE POLICY: We require a home with children older than 10 years old and experienced dog owners only.

The total adoption fee of between $525 and $650 depending on the quarantine laws of the adopter or foster's state (primarily Massachusetts) and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care.
