Meet the lovely squishy faced Ella Rose. This beautiful southern belle hails from Arkansas where she found herself in a shelter after being used and thrown away by a backyard breeder. Ella Rose (at only 4 years old) had been used to churn out litter after litter of puppies with no regard for her own health. After undergoing entropian (eye) surgery and heartworm treatment, she is finally ready to find her forever family.

Ella Rose would love to live with an active family. She enjoys playing tug of war with her favorite rope toy. She also loves going for car rides and long walks. Ella Rose is very polite on leash. She will even sit when asked and is working hard on “down.” She would like a home with no cats (because cats drool and dogs rule). She wouldn’t mind having a laid back dog to play with. Ella Rose would do best with older children since she’s still a young rambunctious gal. She is crate trained and housebroken if taken out consistently. After a romp around the yard or a long stroll, Ella Rose likes to cuddle on the couch with her people. The ideal home for Ella Rose would provide endless games of tug, tons of tasty treats, and belly rubs on demand.
