My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful 3 1/2 month old pup is Charlie, a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix! This breed combination is hard to beat - prized for their good-nature, affability and affectionate natures. Charlie is a fluffy, friendly pup with big brown eyes and a smile that makes everyone happy! It would be very hard to find a better family dog than this gorgeous guy!

Charlie needs a new home because his young human can no longer take care of him. Charlie has grown bigger and more active and the young man realizes that being alone in an apartment all day is not any life for a young pup. Charlie needs more, so he is looking for a home where his people have lots of love, time and space for him.

Charlie has never met a human or a dog he doesn’t like. He thinks everyone is his friend! He has never met a cat tho so we don’t know if his friendliness extends to them as well! He would love an active family so he can participate in lots of outdoor activities. When he is grown he will most likely enjoy hiking and biking with his people and maybe going to the soccer field!

Golden Retriever’s are born to be with people and try very hard to please them. They are perfect family dogs - cheerful, demonstrative and trustworthy. They are very friendly - when they bark at strangers they are saying, Hi, thanks for coming!

Charlie is a very sweet, loving boy who desperately needs a new home where his people will include him in all their family activities. If you are looking for a loyal, friendly family member he could be the perfect choice!

He isn’t completely housetrained yet but all he needs is someone to give him a chance to learn. He will be vaccinated before he is adopted.
