Adoption application at www.aberdeenstr.com ***MUST SUBMIT APP before we will respond to email or phone inquiries. Thanks for your cooperation!***
WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your completed application. A Home visit as well as a reference check MUST be completed before a meet & greet.
Hosu, possibly a Westie mix, almost 9 months old 14 lbs, neutered, chipped, heart worm negative, up to date on his shots.

The extremely yet again sad tail of Hosu the adorable & very spirited little man who was dumped at a park named Hosu Park located in Incheon Korea during the Korea Thanksgiving Chuseok. If that was not bad enough then he was dropped off at a high kill shelter & on the day he was scheduled to be put to sleep & lose his life the wonderful Korean rescue rescued him.

Hosu is now a US citizen & looking for his forever family to love & cherish him as he has already been through so much.
Our wonderful foster family is working on putting weight on Hosu as he is still so extremely thin & he loves to eat & also working very hard on his puppy manners as boy oh boy does he need to learn them. So he would need a home with rescue experience.

This sweet little fellow is full of love & energy & at the age of almost 9 months he has so much cheeky energy he loves to play with other dogs so it’s absolutely mandatory he go to a home where there are other dogs present in the home who enjoy playing & it’s even better if there is several dogs in the home as once one gets sick of playing with Hosu he gets bored & his puppy attitude will rear its head if no one will play with him. He does like to chew things so Hosu needs a home who will work on his puppy chewing & be very patience & understanding. He is also so very sweet & affectionate with people, & enjoys being cuddled & playing & being hugged by humans. He loves to run around & play with his foster siblings & is always so happy &
rides great in a car.
We have also had Hosu around many breeds of dogs in the rescue all shapes & sizes & he does amazing around everyone.
He enjoys a good outfit as well.

Hosu is perhaps a Westie mix, what he is mixed with we do not know, he is almost 9 months old, he is 9 lbs roughly & still needs to put on more weight, he is neutered, chipped, up to date on his shots, heart worm negative, has been dewormed & looking for his forever family.

Hosu is an extremely beautiful dog but does need a home with someone home & willing to work with him.

As with all of our rescues & Hosu friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to.

Hosu has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had him around small children so in his forever home this would be up to the new family to be responsible with.

We do not know for sure what breed Hosu is mixed with & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is.

Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Hosu & going through the process and have read his listing fully to the end & are interested in adopting. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview, and a home visit followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Chaykke that meet all the requirements for this little charming man.
Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately.

Hosu has an adoption fee of $735 & is ready for his forever home with loving friendly, playful dogs in the home & a family who will cherish him.

An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to pay our current medical bills for our dogs as well as any future dogs we rescue as well.
As an adopter, you must be prepared to accept the fact that these dogs are rescues and, just like you and I, they all have their own individual personalities. In most cases, these little ones have been through a difficult journey that started when their family gave them up or they became lost. They may have been under stress, neglected or even abused in their past life or frightened by being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves.
Our number one focus is finding these little loves a wonderful forever home with a family who is going to care for them and show them what it is like to be loved, a safe environment, a full belly and a warm bed. These sweet babies do not ask for much from you but they may require a little patience and understanding.
