Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cleo!
If sweetness and kisses could be measured in dollars Cleo would be a million dollar baby! This little girl is about 8 months old and looks to be part miniature Schnauzer and some sort of miniature terrier. She was found wandering the streets and almost was hit by a car. A good samaritan kept her for a bit trying to find her owner but with no luck.
Cleo is a great dog to travel with! She loves the carry and she is easy to carry. She weighs about 7 pounds right now and won't get much bigger. She has a nice coat that is pretty soft and non-shedding.
In foster care she is with big dogs (which she was initially terrified of) and small dogs as well as cats. She is fine with them all and does not chase the cats. She is very people oriented and will give kisses to almost anyone she meets.
Her adoption fee includes her spay, current vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip, deworming, collar, leash and bed. An adoption fee does apply.
As we pre-scree via email ONLY please tell us a bit about you such as your lifestyle, work schedule, activity level, area you live in, house or apartment, how many adults, children and pets in the household, where your pet stays when you are at work or out of the house and where your pet will sleep.
Breeds like Schnauzers do need frequent groomings to keep them neat and from becoming matted.
Please also note that we are NOT affiliated with any other rescue organization.
We do try our best to respond to all email inquiries but sometimes it is not possible. We screen through the emails and then begin correspondence with those families we feel would be the best fit. She is a pretty adaptable little girl so many different living situations will be considered.
When we do invite families for a meet and greet everyone needs to be present for the meet and greet to make sure everyone is on board with bringing a new life into the home.
Thank you for choosing to adopt!
