Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe is the sweetest dog. He wants to be with people and steal some of your time to love on him. He also has a lot of fun running around and playing with his dog friends. He manages to climb out of a 6 foot kennel but does not run away. He would be a good match to be an inside/outside dog in the country or for a family living in an apartment .
