Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oliver is said to be 18 years old. He was given to a lady who kept him three weeks and dropped him off at an animal shelter, in other words - a dog pound! Oliver is so stressed out he has plucked his feathers from all around his neck and bit his skin. He is a beautiful bird and just needs someone with patience and lots of TLC. His adoption fee is $50.
