Germantown, Philadelphia. My name is Banshee and I showed up in September on a busy block. I was very vocal and loved to chat with the neighbors while following people to their cars and homes. I am a regal brown and black tabby cat. I love to talk, sing and chirp. Being held and petted is one of my favorite pastimes! I also purr up a storm.
