Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clifford is such a good boy. He loves car rides, walking on leash, Doggie Park, All kinds of people small or large. House broken. He is quiet affectionate and loves Belly rubs. Cliff has been through dog obedience training (Bow-wow’n/Drema). He knows the commands to sit and lay down and loves dog treats.Enjoys being inside with his humans, especially when it is windy and cold. He hates the wind. He loves the warmer weather and will stay outside all day laying in the sun & shade. At night he prefers to be inside and sleeps on his dog bed. Cliff is not allowed on the furniture. Clifford is just a big love bug. He craves and loves human attention. He needs to be in a home where he is part of the family, not left outside alone. I think he would love a medium to large-sized dog companion for a buddy. He eats Costco dry dog food. He loves an occasional rawhide bone or a carrot and loves scraps of meat. Clifford LOVES popcorn!
Clifford is an excellent guard dog. He will bark at any Stranger until introduced. He Barks and then backs up, repeat. He is NOT an aggressive dog just a protective one. Will not start any problems, and will retreat but if a dog attacks him he will defend himself.
CONS: In Clifford's prior life before rescue he learned to be prey driven, So, do not leave him unattended with small dogs or cats. He will eat chickens. BUT he has lived with cats just never left alone house with them.
