Hi there,

My name is Calvin and playing is my game. I love to play, especially with my foster canine sibling. I have so much fun running around the yard with her. I also like my toys and I love my human foster brothers. They sit and cuddle with me. I help them with their homework. And then, the whole family gathers around and we watch TV together. I'm a really family-oriented guy. By the way, I love chairs and sofas...I think because snuggling occurs whenever I'm stretched out on one.

Because I wasn't treated very well, when I was a youngster, I'm a little hesitant with new things and I get nervous if you appear to be approaching me with an object in your hand, that I don't know. . However, I never respond with aggression. I just prefer it if you introduce me to new things slowly. My foster family is working with me on confidence building. I've come a very long way, since being at the shelter. However, my new owner will need to be patient and continue my social training. I can guarantee one thing though...if you're willing to be a little bit patient, I'll reward you 1000X over, by being the sweetest, most affectionate, loyal dog you'll ever know.
