Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Milo!!
Milo is an adorable boy who is a non-shedding Yorkie mix. His previous owner was not sure what he was mixed with but it could be poodle. He is about 4 months old, weighs about 5 pounds and most likely won't be bigger than 10-12 pounds although it is difficult to know for sure having not seen the parents. More pictures are to follow.
His previous owner had him for two months and then moved into a new rental house in a rural area of Fresno and was told by her landlord she was not allowed to have any pets. Even one as cute and small as Milo!
He was shaking at first when he came into rescue but within hours he had made best friends with two older rescue dogs and has been playing with them non-stop! He is very playful, spunky and quite a good eater! He would do best in a home that is active, kids would be fine and another dog that is playful would be ideal!
His adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations, rabies, microchip, deworming, collar, leash, sample food and bed. He is also currently pee pad trained and quite bright. An adoption fee does apply.
As we pre-screen via email only please tell us a bit about you such as your lifestyle, work schedule, activity level, area you live in, house or apartment, how many other adults, children and pets in the home, where your pet stays when you are out of the house or at work, where your pet will sleep and if you do not have another dog how you plan to keep Milo well socialized with other dogs.
Please note we are NOT affiliated with any other rescue and no phone calls are accepted in the pre-screening process.
Please also note that Yorkie and Poodle breeds need to be groomed about every 6 weeks to keep them from getting matted or tangled.
Please be patient with us. We try to get back to everyone but sometimes it just is not possible. We do read through each and every email.
Thank you for choosing to adopt!!
