INITIAL BIO 04/26/09: MEET PHILLY! He's an adorable 5 y/o 12# yorkie who is very, very playful and gets along with other dogs. Philly loves to cuddle and be with Foster Mom. Stay tuned for more info on Philly.......PLEASE NOTE: Philly gets nervous around young children, so his perfect home would be an adult home with a fenced yard.
