Here's what the humans have to say about me:
INITIAL BIO 05-01-09: MEET MEGAN LEE! She is 11-12 y/o and weighs a healthy 10 lbs. Megan Lee was pulled from a shelter by a UYR member as her previous owner could no longer care for her. She was dropped off by a family member and left to be euthanized. Fortunately, a shelter worker felt Megan had a lot more life in her, and deserved to live and requested she be allowed to contact a rescue group. At present, Megan is a bit shy, but this is typical of a foster dog when they are placed in a new and unfamiliar environment. She is very loving and likes to give kisses and be by her person's side for comfort. Megan appears to be housetrained; she came into rescue with a bladder infection, for which she is being treated. Megan's teeth were badly neglected in her former home, so she will have a dental and will most likely lose some teeth. Stay tuned for more updates as Foster Mom and Megan Lee get to know each other.
