Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Max. Max comes a long way from Miami. He was transported by car from Miami shelter all the way to California. As a sweet loving dog, Max has never growled or snapped at anyone. He was mislabeled at the shelter and was almost put down. He jumped over the fence to explore the new world 5 hours after he arrived his new home. With the help from experts and humane society, Max was caught after 11 days. We can only image the hardship he had been through during the cold raining winter days when he was on the run. With lots of TLC, Max is much relaxing now.
Max lives with his foster family along with 2 other dogs currently. Max walks well on leash around the neighborhood. He is food motivated; enjoys playing with toys and sunbathing. He will be shy a bit when he just met you, but warm up once he gets to know you. Max is really a special boy who have survived all he went through and came out so gentle. All Max's shots are up-to-date. He is neutered and microchipped. We are looking for the family with the high fences yard and no small children.
Traveling 3000 miles from Miami to Bay areas, Max deserves and is patiently waiting for his home.
