Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I’m Jasper! I’m a fun filled energetic Aussie looking for my furever family. At just 32lbs, I’m very athletic and would love to find someone who loves to run, walk, or hike. I’m great on a leash, and just want to smell everything on walks.
I can jump around and have crazy zoomies sometimes, so my perfect furever home would have no kids under the age of 8 because I might knock them over. I would also prefer to have a fence because I really like playing outside! I love playing fetch, and would be a perfect agility or fly ball dog because I’m just so smart and learn new things quickly. In fact, I already know how to sit, stay, and shake.
I have no problems with accidents in the house, I know when it’s time to go out and do my business. I’m a big time cuddler, and would love to be with someone who lets me sleep with them. Check out my picture below, I sleep on my back, even in bed! I have typical Aussie traits like being a Velcro dog for my family. If you get up for water, I’ll be there standing right beside you. Oh, and if you thought I wouldn’t join you in the bathroom, think again! I have to know where my people are! I am probably not too great with cats as I’m just a ball of energy and that annoys most cats, though I am fantastic with other dogs.
My foster dad took me to the park a few days ago and I jumped in the pond, that was so much fun. He said I must be great at swimming because I’m a good buoy! He’s so corny with his jokes, but I still hang out with him. I’m currently being fostered in St. Louis, am neutered and up to date on all my shots and preventatives. I hope to hear from you soon, I can’t wait to meet my forever family!
