PLEASE READ MAX'S FULL WRITE UP BEFORE CONTACTING US. HE HAS BEEN RETURNED TWICE. HE NEEDS SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO HAVE PATIENCE WITH HIM AND HIS BEHAVIORS. Max is up for adoption after being given up by his owners when they were moving and could not take him. Max is smart and fun and loves to go for walks. He is such a great dog with a big personality. He knows basic commands such as sit, shake, and down. He catches onto things quickly. He can be territorial of things and needs someone who can handle that. With that being said, we love him dearly and so enjoy his company. We would love for him to find his own forever home!! He is 3 years old, weighs 11 lbs, and not a dog for the weak but for the patient and understanding. He has obviously been severely abused in his short life and needs time to trust 100%.
