My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocco is a 2-3 yr old, male Lab/Chihuahua mix. Rocco was the skinniest and most timid rescue from four dogs who were rescued from a hoarding situation of over 20 dogs. In the weeks at his foster home, he had really opened up to his foster siblings and loves to bed loved by humans. He is a more medium sized dog (healthy weight 25 to 30lbs) and looks like an apartment size yellow labrador. He is very smart and food motivated but can take a little time to be sure a new person won't hurt him. He has started to engage in play with other pups in his home and is gradually gaining weight at a healthy pace. He is working on potty training with a doggy door and needs help with his leash skills. He is up to date on his shots, microchipped and will be neutered once his weight is healthy.
