Ecko is the kind of dog that reminds us attitude is everything. Nothing gets him down, he is happy happy HAPPY!
Ecko is 8 years old & weighs about 10 lbs. He has chronic dry eyes, which have given him some visual impairment, but it doesn't stop him from running full out when in the yard. Are you special enough to let this boy share his joy with you?
