Noelle, who is being fostered in Richmond, VA., is 2.5 years old. She is such a sweet affectionate girl and wants to be close to her person. Noelle’s foster mom says she is a Velcro dog and loves to snuggle on her lap. Noelle is housetrained and good with other dogs. She would love to have toys to play with. Noelle would also love a fenced-in yard where she could run and play. We require a vet check and a home visit. Previous experience with Pekes is always a plus! Noelle’s adoption fee is $350.00.
