Lucy is a very sweet girl who loves hugs and belly rubs. She is a lovely house guest and finds her spot on a blanket and is quite content. She gets along with all other dogs but can be dominant and not want to share toys etc. Cats are unknown but I do not suggest she go to a home with cats. She is active and playful and totally stunning when she runs - she is so graceful and elegant. She is a very intelligent dog and any adopter should do their research on the husky breed to make sure they can provide the right type of home for her. She is fixed, chipped, shots and has had Heart worm treatment. All she needs now is a home of her own. Please apply at www.krrtx.org/forms

Please note that we are a TX based rescue, so all of our dogs are located in TX. We work with Your Texas Connection to transport our dogs to your area upon approval of adoption application. The reason we do this is because TX is a high-kill state due to it being over populated with unwanted, but wonderful dogs, and finding homes in other states helps us to save more lives. Our adoption fee for the WA area is $330 ($170 adoption and $160 transportation). All dogs will arrive spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and with their health certificate required for transportation.
