Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Myra was part of a litter that was adopted out from the local humane society when she was a puppy and walked normal at that time. The owner noticed she started walking funny and took her to the vet. They could not figure out what was wrong so the owners returned her to the humane society. The humane society took her to their vet and did bloodwork, x-rays etc. and again could not figure out what is going on with this sweet little girl. She was transferred to Lost Cove as we love to try to help the pups with special needs. She is a wonderful girl who is fantastic with the other dogs, crate trained, great with people and so sweet. We did go to a specialist at the beginning of December, but they could not figure her issues out either. So the special little girl is who she is. She does flip her feet when she walks and would be best in a home with no or minimal steps. Even though Myra has a great personality and would probably be fine with younger kids, due to her special needs she would be best in a home with older children. If you are interested in learning more about Myra and possibly adopting her, email Pam at pmabare@gmail.com
