Walter ihas not yet arrived to our rescue. Walters owner passed away and a family friend has been caring for him for the last two weeks. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond Walters control he was brought to a shelter in NY. We are only looking for a calm fostor to adopt situation that will allow for him to relax and heal both medically and emotionally.
