My story

Sweet Potato’s has had a difficult few weeks. Sadly, her owner passed away and her and doggy siblings unfortunately, were in the home with the owner until animal control was alerted to come get them. When we met Sweet Potato, she was terrified and shut down. She squished herself as far back in her kennel as she could and gave no response to treats, toys or affection. It’s been amazing to watch her bloom into a dog again. She loves her doggy friends, toys and snuggles. Her tail wag is the sweetest sight. Sweet Potato was well loved by her previous owner and is seeking a new loving home and family for the next chapter in her life. Sweet Potato would do best in a home with another dog since they really give her confidence and help her be comfortable. Sweet Potato is 20lbs and will need to be on a diet and get some exercise.
