Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Welcome, Bluebelle! It's so nice to meet you! Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Listen sweetheart, can we talk? You want me to tell everyone a bit about me? Well, where do I start? I love to talk, that's for sure. All day long. Do you have some lap space for me? I LOVE to sit on laps. You want a lap cat? I'm the best lap cat there is. Ask anyone! Have you seen those pictures of my bare belly? I just have to say...SOOO embarrassing, but I'm willing to bare all to let you know how much I love my belly rubbed and what I will be expecting of my new humans. Rumour has it, because I like to talk so much, I must have some Siamese in me.
Bluebelle, how old are you?
Well honey, you know a lady doesn't like to tell her age, but let me tell you a secret. Can you keep a secret? I'm only 1 1/2 years old! Do you see my tongue? Get used to it - I like to stick out my tongue. Did I mention that I'm super cuddly? Oh boy, how I love to cuddle. Cuddle. Talk. Cuddle. Talk.
So we get that you like to talk...but what else can you...
What else can I tell you about me? Listen doll, what more can I say? I would like someone who is home a lot to talk to. I can't go all day without someone to chat with. What's a girl to do? Talk to the walls? I don't think so. And I should also say that I prefer to be your one and only. I don't need any other cats to talk to - they really aren't very interesting. Humans. I need humans to talk to. Dogs...NO WAY. They scare me. Oh and I need someone to feed me small meals throughout the day. If I eat too fast and overindulge, there's a small chance we're going to see the food again and that's not very attractive. What? It's the truth. I always tell the truth.
How did you come...
How did I come to be here you ask? Well darling, let me tell you. I came from this place called Animal Services and I was pregnant when I was found. Did you hear that I had kittens? No? Well, I had kittens very young. But I was a great mom to them, that's for sure. They've been lucky enough to find their own homes, but as I've been telling everyone here, it's my turn now.
It's been nice talking with you, Bluebelle. Do you have any final words?
Hey, I could go on forever about myself, but there's only so much time. Come on over to the adoption centre, bring your coffee, and we'll chat. I'll sit on your lap and I'll tell you all about me. I'm at PetSmart Etobicoke, or you can just go ahead and fill out an application for me right now: http://ninthlifecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/
