My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Luke from death when his owner dumped him at his sister Leia inside a nasty crate by an apartment complex dumpster in Houston. The manager let them go. Both dogs had parvo. Leia didn't make, unfortunately. But Luke kept fighting for his life with his sister on his mind. Luke was able to beat the virus. He spent over 30 days at the vet hospital during treatment. This is the video of him within 2 weeks of his treatment. He has now gained weight and is no longer contagious and ready for his loving forever home.

Luke is a Vizsla mix who currently weighs about 35 pounds. Once fully grown he should be around 55 pounds. He gets along with other dogs and is very people friendly. He is super-sweet and gentle. He enjoys walks, playing with his toys, but most of all, he loves being loved on and getting attention.
