HOWIE is a blind 5-year-old Shep / Husky Mix who was found as a stray in Mexico.
He was brought to California and is doing really well despite being blind. He LOVES to go for walks and is good with dogs and people. He would do best in a home with an experienced owner. He is a goofy and happy boy who loves to give kisses and be close to you.
