Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Odie Jones!!
This 4 month old mix of Maltese and possibly Pomeranian is a total fluff muffin sure to melt your heart! Odie was given up by his previous owner (they never even named him) for lack of time and resources.
When he first came into rescue he was terrified of the big dog's but within two hours he was making friends with everyone! His favorite game so far is for you to make silly noises and him to turn his head side to side to figure out what you are doing!
His coat is very, very soft and he is these awesome butterscotch ears! He is non-shedding and will be groomed prior to adoption. Having not seen his parents it is hard to say how big he will get but he will most likely be over 15 pounds.
His adoption fee includes his neuter (per our adoption contract), his first two vaccines, rabies, microchip, deworming, collar and leash. An adoption fee does apply.
As we pre-screen via email ONLY please tell us a bit about you such as your lifestyle, activity level, work schedule, area you live in, house or apartment, how many adults, children and pets in the home, where your pet stays when you are out or at work and where your pet will sleep.
Please note that Maltese and Pomeranian breeds do require frequent groomings to keep them from every getting matted. Also make sure that everyone is on board before decided to bring a puppy into your home as they require training and attention to insure you have a great canine citizen.
If you have reached out to us before without a response we do appreciate your patience. We are often inundated with inquiries for our adoptable dogs and it is not always feasible to get back to everyone. As Odie is a young pup he is adaptable to a variety of living situations.
Thank you for choosing to adopt.
