Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hazel #19-5. Arrived 11/20/2018 at 1-2 years old.
Hazel was surrendered to us by her owner who didn't have time for her and couldn't have her at the home any longer. Hazel lived with adults and a child under five. She is described as friendly and playful with the family child. Hazel was accepting of strangers in her home, used to being walked on a leash, and she was known to be an escape artist. Hazel did have fears of thunder and the vacuum and he owner describes her as getting along with other dogs. We find Hazel to be adjusting to the new environment here, she does show some sensitivity to new sights and needs reassurance. Hazel is a compact package with short legs and to watch her run like the wind in the yard is a sight to be seen. Hazel forgets that you are watching and has joy all on her own letting it rip and she does laps around the yard. She loves a tennis ball and will chase it and run with it too. Hazel doesn't know much for training or commands, but she will be a quick learner.
