PERSONALITY: Chipper, the ultimate cuddle bug, is looking for her forever home! This little girl gets along great with dogs and cats and loves people. As long as she has a cozy blanket to curl up into, she’s good to go! Chipper loves people and prefers to be a lap dog. She is house trained and crate trained and just an all-around awesome dog!
