Chip is an adorable and lovable three year old male Terrier mix. He weighs about 15 pounds. He is very friendly. He is house and crate trained. He is good with other dogs and kids. He does not like cats. When Chip gets excited, he stands up on his back legs and puts his front paws together. It looks like he is clapping his hands.
