Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Honey was found as a stray with her tiny baby. Her baby has since been adopted, but this sweet momma still needs a loving home. She earned her name because she's truly as sweet as they come. Shelter volunteers loved her because of her gentle and friendly nature!
Dogs: Good with big and small, but I can get a little excited with meeting them at first!
Cats: Not sure, not tested.
Kids: Good with all ages.
House-trained: Yes
Crate-trained: Yes
Obedience: Knows the basics
Energy level: Moderate energy - cuddles and playtime
Keywords: Calm, Cuddly, Cute, Eager-to-please, Friendly, Good-natured, Mellow, Playful, Wiggly
Honey's foster says:
Honey has been doing awesome in her foster home and loves playing with her teenage human boy! She absolutely loves going on walks, playing fetch, and cuddling. This sweet girl even enjoys vet visits!
ABOUT PEACE 4 PITS RESCUE:
Please note that we do not have a facility or shelter where you can view adoptables. We are a foster-based rescue in Chicago-land, which means that each dog is placed with a family in the area. This allows us to better understand each dog's individual personalities.
You must complete an application before you can schedule a meet and greet with each animal. The application can be found here: http://peaceforpits.org/adoptionfoster-application/ or if you prefer a Word version, download it here: https://goo.gl/bKo84P and email it to p4papplications@gmail.com. Our adoption fee is typically $300 for an adult dog, and $350 for a dog under one year. It includes all vetting and spay/neuter.
