Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Celia and her sister Tara were dumped at someone's home in a rural neighborhood in South Carolina. Luckily the family took care of these babies and reached out to us to find them a good home. Celia is all black and looks like a lab mix, although we have absolutely no idea who Mom and Dad were. She seems to be about 11 weeks old and weighs 8 lbs so we think she will likely be a small/medium sized dog. She is tiny compared to her sister Tara. Now safely in foster, Celia tries so hard to keep up with all the older dogs. She follows them all over until she's pooped. Celia gets along great with the children in her foster home and is sweet as pie. She loves to play and is a typical puppy. Celia is ready for a family of her very own! If you are at work all day, we will not consider your application for such a young puppy. If you think your family is the right fit for Celia, please copy and paste this link to your web browser to fill out our online application, http://members.petfinder.com/~CT243/sampleform.html . Celia has been spayed, is up to date on shots, dewormed and microchipped, included in her $450 adoption fee. Transport up north is an additional $125.
