Desperate for a home!

This poor boy is having a horrible reaction to living in a cage. He is having allergies that are making his eyes glossy and watery and causing his skin to break out in a rash. He is has been in the cage for 2 years now and is continuing to decline.

He is very laid back, lets me bath him, brush him and rub his back. He just needs a home so that he can get space and fresh air and a better environment for him to strive.
