Henry is a 1.9 year old Beautiful brindle & white colored Mountain Cur mix. He is approx. 50 pounds, up to date on all vaccines until June 2019; 3-year rabies until 2021, Has been given monthly flea and heartworm tablets; is microchip and neutered. He is house trained.
Henry is a strong willed boy eager, willing and fast to learn. When he is unsure of a situation or strongly does not want to do something he growls, it takes a little bit but he will snap out of it so I suggest constant love and reassurance. He’s a beautiful young boy that loves to play with teddy bears, Retrieves balls and frisbees and tug-a-war with ropes.
He does very well on walks, but is pretty strong so a harness leash is suggested, he does listen to commands and best to take a pocket full of treats. He loves to go for rides in the car and he does like the water.
He has a food possession but has been hand fed for months every day.
He loves people but not so much other dogs but does very well at the dog park and Because he is a farm dog by nature he chases things so it’s probably best to introduce him slowly around young children because he will jump and chase them if they run.

He will need more training and someone willing to work with him.
